Ingredients For southwest artichoke dip

  • 1 can
    (14 ounce) water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can
    (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/4 c
    sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh tomatoes
  • bagel chips, crackers, crusty bread or tortilla chips

How To Make southwest artichoke dip

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, green chilies, sundried tomatoes and garlic. Spread into a 9- inch pie plate or 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned and bubbling. Sprinkle with fresh tomatoes and green onion.
