7 cunpeeled cucumbers, sliced thin
1 csliced onions
1 csliced bell peppers
2 cwhite sugar
1 tspcelery seed
1 tspmustard seed
·red pepper flakes, to your desired hotness
How to Make PICKLED CUCUMBERS
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, bell peppers and salt. Set aside
- Put vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool for 1 hour.
- Pour vinegar mixture over cucumber mixture. Add red pepper flakes. Place in jars. Store in refrigerator. Keeps for 2 months.
