Ingredients For marinated artichoke hearts

2 clovesliced garlic

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

1/4 tspdried oregano leaves

12black peppercorns, whole

1/2 cwater

1/2 capple cider vinegar

1/4 colive oil

8 ozjar marinated red bell peppers

14 ozjar water-packed baby artichokes, drained
How To Make marinated artichoke hearts

1Place garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano and peppercorns into 24 oz container.

2Add artichoke hearts and marinated red bell peppers.

3Boil water and cider vinegar in small pot.

4Pour over artichoke hearts and red bell peppers until 3/4 covered in liquid.

5Pour olive oil over artichoke hearts and peppers until fully covered. Put on lid and shake.

6Allow to cool then refrigerate for 24 hours. Keeps in fridge up to 1 week.
