  • 2 pkg
    (8ounce) crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg
    (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c
  • 1 tsp
    dried dillweed
  • 1 tsp
    buttermilk salad dressing mix (1/4 of a 0.4 ounce package)
  • 3 c
  • 1 c
    cheddar or mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to Make Easy Vegetable Squares


  1. Crust:
    Unroll crescent rolls and pat into a 15 X 10 inch baking pan. Bake according to package directions. Cool.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, dillweed and salad dressing mix. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle with desired toppings, then the shredded cheese.
    Chill. Cut into squares
    finely chopped broccoli, cauliflower, or green pepper, chopped tomato, thinly sliced green onion, black olives, celery or shredded carrots.
  4. ranch dressing mix can be substituted for buttermilk dressing.
