crock pot style creamy spinach & artichoke dip

I have several recipes for this dip but this is the easiest to make. It sounds kind of bland but w/ that garlic, not so at all. Enjoy!

Ingredients For crock pot style creamy spinach & artichoke dip

    10 oz bag spinach, cleaned, drained & chopped
  • 1
    13.75 oz can, quartered artichokes, drained & chopped
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, cubed
  • 1-1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make crock pot style creamy spinach & artichoke dip

    Spray a 4-6 quart slow cooker, ( crock pot,) w/ cooking spray. Place spinach and artichokes and garlic in bottom of cooker. The garlic will infuse the spinach & artichokes w/ a wonderful flavor.

    Next, place cubed cream cheese, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on top of veggies. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper and then spoon on the sour cream.

    Set cooker on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours. When done, you can put it on warm or low to keep it warm. Gently mix well w/ a large spoon. I serve this w/ a mix of soft Pita bread and toasted Pita bread & crackers.
