Over the years, I've played with different ways to make this recipe and I have finally perfected it. Make this at your next group gathering and I guarantee there wont be left overs. Enjoy!!!

  • 1 (14oz) can(s)
    artichoke hearts - drained & chopped
  • 1 c
    frozen spinach - thawed, drained & chopped
  • 1 (8oz) pkg
    cream cheese - softened
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese - grated
  • 1/4 c
    romano cheese - grated
  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese - shredded
  • 1 tsp
    garlic - minced (fresh or jar)
  • 1/2 tsp
    all-purpose seasoning (i use mccormick original)
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • pinch
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Cheezy Spinach & Artichoke Dip


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, ONLY 1/4 cup of Mozzarella (save the rest for later), minced garlic, all-purpose seasoning, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Mix until it forms a creamy mixture.
  3. Stir in chopped artichoke hearts and spinach until evenly mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish. Top off with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, should be bubbly and lightly browned.
  6. Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy with tortilla chips or dipping bread. (sour dough goes great!)
