Ingredients For bitsy's black bean salsa

  • 3 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can white corn, drained
  • 1 can yellow corn, drained
  • 3-4 green onions or 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 14oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • ½ tsp. tony chachere’s
  • ¼ tsp. cilantro (optional)
  • 1 sm. bottle of kraft zesty italian dressing

How To Make bitsy's black bean salsa

  • 1
    Combine prepared beans and corn with onions, tomatoes, Tony’s and cilantro. Add Italian dressing so that liquid covers vegetables. Cover and marinate for several hours. Serve as a salsa with tortilla chips or as a salad.
