3 cans black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can white corn, drained

1 can yellow corn, drained

3-4 green onions or 1 small onion, chopped

1 14oz. can diced tomatoes

1 can rotel tomatoes

½ tsp. tony chachere’s

¼ tsp. cilantro (optional)

1 sm. bottle of kraft zesty italian dressing
How To Make bitsy's black bean salsa

1Combine prepared beans and corn with onions, tomatoes, Tony’s and cilantro. Add Italian dressing so that liquid covers vegetables. Cover and marinate for several hours. Serve as a salsa with tortilla chips or as a salad.
