  • 1 large
    head of cauliflower
  • BEER BATTER,

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/3 c
    cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1maby more can(s)
    beer,your choice
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • ·
    oil for frying

How to Make BOB'S Beer Batter Deep Fryed Cauliflower

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut up the head of cauliflower into bite size peaces,set a side..
    In a large mixing bowl add 1 cup flour,paprika,salt,and pepper. Add 1 beaten egg. Wile wisking all together,Slowly add 1/2 can of beer till you get the batter as thick or thin as you want. I like mine a little thick.
    put 1/2 cup of flour on a plate
  2. If you have a deep fryer. add oil to deep fryer,( I use a fry Daddy and it uses a cup and a half of oil).
    Take cauliflower and dip into batter then roll in flour and carefully drop if fryer. It will take 3-5 min to fry.
