Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    salmon, canned
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tsp
    onion, grated
  • 1 tsp
    horseradish (more if you like)
  • 1/4 tsp
    liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c
    chopped parsley or chopped pecans

How to Make Salmon Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Pick all the bones and skin from the salmon. (Or you can use the pouch of already cleaned salmon). Mix all ingredients together well and chill.
  2. Roll into a ball then roll in chopped pecans or chopped parsley.
  3. Serve with assorted crackers or toast rounds.
