How to Make Grilled Oysters with Butter and Wine
- Prepare charcoal grill to med-high heat.
- Put oysters on hot grill for approx 5 minutes or until oyster opens.
CAREFULLY remove top shell, keeping the juices
- Mix the chardonnay, butter, the juice of the lemon and garlic. Pour evenly amongst the oysters. Sprinkle with Parmesan and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
