Ingredients

  • 1
    bell pepper, diced
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise, blue plate or hellmans
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 lb
    crab meat, flaked
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • ·
    garlic powder, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley

How to Make Brandy's Hot Crab Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients except for parsley and 1 cup of the mozzarella.
  2. Put mix into a baking dish and top with remaining cup of mozzarella and fresh parsley.
  3. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until golden. Serve with your favorite cracker, chips or bread!
