Out here in the "Little Village By the Sea", we love spicy food! This is an appetizer that just happened to work, and is simple as fire! It is a great start to any Bar-b-que and beer!

Ingredients For albacore stuffed jalepenos

  • 1 large can
    pickled jalapeno (whole)
  • 1 large can
    albacore or tuna in water
  • 1/2 lg
    onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweet relish
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise

How To Make albacore stuffed jalepenos

    Rinse and slice jalepenos in half. Remove seeds if you do not like it with a kick!

    Mix up albacore with a fork until loose. (no chunks unless you like it that way. Add mayonaise, sweet relish, and onion to the albacore and mix thouroughly.

    Put albacore mixture into jalepeno halves and pack down. (if you want them hot, put on a baking sheet and broil in oven for 3-4 minutes. Add cheese on top if you like!)

    Place appetizer on a plate and pass it around! A cold beer and tortilla chips go great with these! Enjoy!!
