Ingredients

  • ·
    blue cheese dressing
  • 2 lb
    chicken wings
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1/2- 1 1/2 tsp
    red pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt

How to Make OVEN FRIED BUFFALO WINGS

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces discard tip.
  2. Cut off excess skin discard.
  3. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  4. Heat 2 Tbsp. of the butter in a rectangular pan, 13-9-2 inches until melted.
  5. Coat chicken wing pieces with flour, shake off excess flour.
  6. Put wings in pan, Bake uncovered 20 minutes, turn wings bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes longer, Drain.
  7. Melt last Tbsp. butter and mix with vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in 3 quart bowl until well blended.
  8. Add wings toss until evenly coated
  9. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
