These started out as an appetizer at a girls night party. My family loved them so much, that I now double or triple the recipe and we eat them as the main dish at dinner. Nothing better than a fast, easy, use your fingers dinner. Enjoy

Ingredients For crescent chicken pockets

1 lgchicken breast, canned

1 smshallot, minced
-
sour cream, just enough to bind together

salt, pepper & garlic powder, to taste

1 canrefrigerated crescent rolls
How To Make crescent chicken pockets

1Preheat oven to 375

2Open & drain chicken breast

3In a bowl, break up chicken and mix with shallot, sour cream, salt, pepper & garlic powder, to combine. Taste - adjust seasoning now.

4unroll, separate at the seams,and lightly stretch crescent rolls.

5add 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons of mixture to each crescent roll at the wide end.

6roll & pinch close edges

7place on lightly greased baking sheet

8bake uncovered 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
