crescent chicken pockets
These started out as an appetizer at a girls night party. My family loved them so much, that I now double or triple the recipe and we eat them as the main dish at dinner. Nothing better than a fast, easy, use your fingers dinner. Enjoy

- 1 large chicken breast, canned
- 1 small shallot, minced
- sour cream, just enough to bind together
- salt, pepper & garlic powder, to taste
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
How To Make crescent chicken pockets

Step 1Preheat oven to 375

Step 2Open & drain chicken breast

Step 3In a bowl, break up chicken and mix with shallot, sour cream, salt, pepper & garlic powder, to combine. Taste - adjust seasoning now.

Step 4unroll, separate at the seams,and lightly stretch crescent rolls.

Step 5add 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons of mixture to each crescent roll at the wide end.

Step 6roll & pinch close edges

Step 7place on lightly greased baking sheet

Step 8bake uncovered 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
