This is a great alternative to the original Buffalo chicken dip. It can be made ahead and baked right before serving. This has been quite a crowd-pleaser for a tailgate or served with a salad for lunch.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

What is better than Buffalo wings on game day? How about Buffalo chicken sliders?! They have all the delicious flavor of Buffalo chicken wings without the mess. Simple to prepare, the recipe can be scaled based on how many people you'll be serving. Melted cheese on top of the chopped Buffalo chicken is yummy. Brushing melted butter and ranch seasoning mix on Hawaiian rolls adds to the flavor of the sliders. Serve as an appetizer or with your favorite sides for the perfect game day meal.
