This is merely a take off on the classic sandwich. Ill list the ingredients; the amounts will be up to you as some like a lot some not.

Ingredients For reuben pizza

1premade pizza crfust or make your own
-
corned beef
-
sauerkraut, canned
-
swiss cheese, baby or other

thousand island dressing
How To Make reuben pizza

1Heat oven to 350. Using the premade crust, bake about 5 minutes, remove from oven. If making your own crust or using the canned dough, bake about the same or a little more; at least until a little brown shows.

2Add in order, thousand island to your own specific amount, the corned beef, sauerkraut and swiss, either the sliced baby swiss; or shredded block swiss. Return to oven until cheese bubbles. Remove from oven and serve while hot. Left overs, if any, are good cold too!!

3If using the pre-made pizza crusts from Wal-Mart, use the Mama Mary's. The other crunches up too much and is more like a hard cracker when baked.
