I made this the way I thought it would be the best. It turned out wonderful and is now a favorite.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Mexican layer dip is a must on game day, and Jojo's recipe is jam-packed with layers of flavors. It's a fiesta in your mouth. Easy to put together, we loved the flavorful refried bean and ground beef layers. Jojo's seasoning blend adds lots of flavor to the ground beef. If you wanted to spice it up a bit, you could cut back on the garlic powder and add Cajun or Creole seasoning. Be sure to have a lot of hearty tortilla chips handy because this Mexican appetizer will go quickly.
