Ingredients For creole sauce

  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 c
    chopped bellpepper
  • 1/2 can
    chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 lb
    velveeta
  • 1 lb
    crawfish tails
  • 2 tsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    tony's creole seasoning

How To Make creole sauce

  • 1
    Saute onions, peppers, and celery in butter. Add 2 quarts water and crawfish. Bring to a boil and add Velveeta. Add cornstarch to thicken.
