Appetizer Essentials: Puff Pizza Bites

Andy Anderson !

These are easy/peasy to make and can be assembled, baked and on the table in 20 quick minutes. Besides the pizza stuff, you will need some puff pastry. You can make your own or do what the rest of the civilized world does and pick them up at the grocer.

Make them with Italian sausage, pepperoni, go veggie… Whatever.

I like to make a batch of these when we are downstairs watching a movie (which I did last evening), and there are never any leftovers.

FYI: These can be frozen and reheated.

So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.
