These are so delicious! Occasionally I make them as an appetizer to go with the Chinese food I make. Love them!

Ingredients For fried pork won tons

  • 1/2 lb
    ground, unseasoned pork
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1
    green onion, very thinly sliced
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1
    egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 pkg
    commercial wonton wrappers
  • 1 c
    cold water

How To Make fried pork won tons

  • 1
    Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
  • 2
    Place pork mixture by teaspoonfuls into the center of each won ton. Moisten edges of wonton with cold water to help seal it.

    Fold over diagonally covering the pork mixture. Bring sides up to center to form kind of a trangular shaped envelope. Drop won tons into hot peanut oil and deep fry until golden and crispy.

    serve with sweet & sour or duck sauce for dipping.
