Ever wonder what to do with that can of corned beef in your pantry? Try this oldie but goody from my aunts collection. Always well received. Great as a sandwich spread too! Serve it up at your next get together and watch it disappear. :)

Ingredients For ~ easy corned beef party spread ~

  • 1 c
    canned corn beef, broken apart
  • 3/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    each - mayonnaise & sour cream
  • 1/2 md
    onion, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp
    dill weed - fresh or dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    season salt

How To Make ~ easy corned beef party spread ~

    Combine everything in a medium bowl, until well blended. Cover and chill until serving. I sprinkle the top with dill weed. Serve with assorted party bread or bagel chips.
