This recipe comes from Taste of Homes' Prize Winning Recipes small magazine. The name they use is Rye Party Puffs, but I felt the puffs were more trouble than the taste was worth, so I made note of the filling only.

5 ozthinly sliced cooked corned beef, chopped

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/4 csour cream

2 Tbspminced chives

2 Tbspdiced onion

1 tspspicy brown mustard or horseradish mustard

1/8 tspgarlic powder

10 smstuffed olives, chopped

rye breads or crackers
How To Make corned beef filling

1In a mixing bowl, combine the first eight filling ingredients; mix well. Stir in olives. Apply to rye breads or crackers. Refrigerate.
