This recipe comes from Taste of Homes' Prize Winning Recipes small magazine. The name they use is Rye Party Puffs, but I felt the puffs were more trouble than the taste was worth, so I made note of the filling only.

Ingredients

cream cheese, softened
5 oz
thinly sliced cooked corned beef, chopped
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
sour cream
2 Tbsp
minced chives
2 Tbsp
diced onion
1 tsp
spicy brown mustard or horseradish mustard
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
10 small
stuffed olives, chopped
rye breads or crackers

How to Make Corned Beef Filling

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a mixing bowl, combine the first eight filling ingredients; mix well. Stir in olives. Apply to rye breads or crackers. Refrigerate.
