Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    semisweet chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp
    light corn syrup
  • 5 g
    whipped cream as per need
  • 2 Tbsp
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 1 large
    banana
  • 10 g
    cherries for garnishing top

How to Make Banana Split Sundaes

Step-by-Step

  1. Place chocolate in a 2 cup measure.
  2. Micro cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 1½ to 2 minutes or until melted, stirring once.
  3. Stir in corn syrup and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Micro cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 30 to 45 seconds or until heated through.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Serve warm a top ice cream.
  7. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  8. Arrange banana around ice cream.
