Stove Top


  • 3 c
    cooked red quinoa
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced pearl onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced shallots
  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 lb
    gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sweet white wine

How to Make Red Quinoa Dip


  1. Sauté in the butter, the Garlic, Onions and Shallots until browning begins.
  2. Slowly add Heavy Cream and reduce by nearly half.
  3. Add Gorgonzola Cheese and blend until melted.
  4. Drizzle Wine around the edges of the pan slowly and stir another few minutes until completely blended.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in Quinoa.
  7. Serve Hot with pita chips or veggie slices.
