Ingredients

3 c
cooked red quinoa
2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
minced garlic
2 Tbsp
minced pearl onions
2 Tbsp
minced shallots
1 1/2 c
heavy cream
1/2 lb
gorgonzola cheese
1/2 c
sweet white wine

How to Make Red Quinoa Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Sauté in the butter, the Garlic, Onions and Shallots until browning begins.
  • 2Slowly add Heavy Cream and reduce by nearly half.
  • 3Add Gorgonzola Cheese and blend until melted.
  • 4Drizzle Wine around the edges of the pan slowly and stir another few minutes until completely blended.
  • 5Remove from heat.
  • 6Stir in Quinoa.
  • 7Serve Hot with pita chips or veggie slices.
