Ingredients For pimento pinwheels

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 8oz. pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 12oz. jar
    pimento cheese (prices)
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb
    ham or turkey sliced very thin
  • 1 bunch
    leaf lettuce
  • 1 pkg
    5 (10 inch) tortillas

How To Make pimento pinwheels

  • 1
    Mix first four ingredients together and spread on tortillas. Next lay ham or turkey slices, and 2 spinach leafs. Roll tortillas tightly in plastic wrap. Chill overnight. Cut into 1/2 or 3/4 inch pieces and serve. Serves 20 people ( 2 pieces each)
