I made this dip with what I had on hand. There are many variations you could make with different topping ingredients. Black olives & bacon would be wonderful additions. Make it your own with your favorite pizza toppings. Double or triple for a crowd.

  • 1 c
    each - shredded mozzarella cheese & shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    each - italian seasoning, parsley paste and garlic powder
  • 1 small
    minced onion
  • 1/4 c
    small chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 c
    hellman's mayonnaise
  • 6 - 8
    whole slices pepperoni for garnish
  • 2 oz
    chopped mushrooms, fresh or canned

How to Make ~ Pepperoni Pizza Dip ~ Cassies


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

    Mix everything in a bowl.
  2. Spread into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with pepperoni slices.

    Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling.
  3. Serve with garlic toast triangles, bagel chips or your favorite crackers.
