How to Make Mexican Salsa Roll-Ups
- Stir together the cream cheese, salsa and chili powder until well blended.
- Divide filling evenly among the tortillas, and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the filling.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly. Cut each rolled tortilla crosswise into 5 slices.
- Transfer slices to a large serving platter. Cover platter with plastic wrap, and chill until ready to serve.
