  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 can(s)
    (2 oz.) fire roasted diced green chiles, drained
  • 3 Tbsp
    red peppers, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    jalapeño peppers, seeded, ribs removed and finely chopped
  • 2 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    grated cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Jalapeño Bacon Cheese Dip


  1. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, mayonnaise, green chiles, red peppers, jalapeño peppers, bacon and 1/4 cup grated cheese; stir to combine.
  2. Transfer cream cheese mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula; set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together remaining cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle evenly on top of the cheese mixture.
  4. Transfer to a 350ºF preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
