Ham and Swiss Hot Bread Bowl Dip
Use any two loaves of artisan style bread. It would be ideal to have a round french/Italian loaf to bake the dip in and another loaf (that doesn't have to be round) to cut up and use for dip.
I can't always easily find a round loaf of bread, so a larger oblong loaf will work, you may just have some spillage :)
I usually sprinkle in a little garlic and onion powder, but the recipe is great on its own. You can always add a little spice suited to your taste.

How to Make Ham and Swiss Hot Bread Bowl Dip
- Combine all ingredients. Hollow out one loaf of bread. Put dip in and place on large enough sheet pan to catch any spillage. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
- Cube up the other loaf of bread (as well as the bread removed from the loaf used to bake the dip) and toast in oven 7-10 minutes.
Dip is also good with veggies or crackers.
