Here's an easy little spread with a nice blue cheese flavor. My sister and I love it and have been making this for years. I hope you try it sometime!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This cheese ball is an easy appetizer every blue cheese lover will enjoy. We loved the mixture of blue cheese and cream cheese. Combined, they make this cheeseball super creamy. Rolling it in parsley adds fresh flavor. If you don't love parsley, this can be served rolled in nuts or alongside pepper jelly. The blue cheese flavor does get more intense the longer it chills. It's an easy appetizer any time of the year.
