How To Make cheesy bacon - chicken fries

  • 1
Heat oven to 450 degree F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil. Bake cottage fries as directed on bag. About 20 minutes. Note: I made these without lining with foil..I just sprayed the pan with cooking spray..they turned out fine..
  • 2
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix chicken, mayonnaise, garlic powder and chili powder.
  • 3
Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese evenly over the hot fries.
  • 4
Spoon chicken mixture evenly over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and the bacon.
  • 5
Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle on the scallions, serve with sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce. These are so flavorful, and quite satisfying...serving a lot of people? Double the recipe. I used a whole bag of the fries, and doubled the rest of the recipe..
