  • 8 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 2 oz
    blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped celery
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried chives
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans or walnuts for rolling

How to Make Bunyan's Diabetic Blue Cheese Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Form into balls.
  3. Roll in chopped pecans or walnuts. Chill.
