A long-time family friend gave us this wonderful recipe for a Blue Cheese Ball. It has become one of our favorite appetizers. Absolutely delicious with blue cheese and onion, rolled in chopped pecans! Enjoy!

Ingredients

    8 ounce packages of cream cheese at room temperature.
  • 1
    jar of kraft bacon and cheese spread
  • 1
    4 ounce package of blue cheese
  • ·
    dry minced onion , as much as you like
  • ·
    chopped pecans for rolling cheese ball
  • 2
    tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • ·
    optional: a dusting of paprika

How to Make BONNIE'S BLUE CHEESE BALL

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together, shape into a ball and chill.
  2. Roll in chopped pecans, parsley and paprika. Wrap and chill until ready to use. Enjoy!
