I couldn't find a simple, tasty cheese ball recipe using basic things in my kitchen. I decided this year to make up my own recipe... this is the one I came up with. I know this would be good with bacon bits in it, as that goes so well with blue cheese, but I have a very severe allergy to any pork, so this is the vegetarian version I made up. When I first gave it to my husband and his friend (one ball) I expected it to last an hour or so, before game time Super Bowl Sunday. It was GONE in less than ten minutes! I'd say this is approved; fighting them off of the others for the potluck!
