This is a great finger food to take to potlucks and freezes well to have on hand. White bread works best.

Ingredients For mushroom rolls

1/4 cbutter

1/2 lbfresh white mushroom sliced

1/2 conion diced

1 pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1-2 pinchsalt and pepper

1/8 tspgarlic powder

1loaf of bread crusts removed

1/2 cbutter melted
How To Make mushroom rolls

1Preheat oven to 400 In skillet melt butter add mushrooms and onions. Saute until tender.

2Add next 5 ingredients and stir until cream cheese is melted. Cool

3Roll bread flat and add mushroom mixture. Roll up and brush with last 1/2 cup melted butter. Cut each roll in half.Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 15 mins
