Canned salmon is not only cheep but also very healthy and versatile. It can be used for just about anything. I always have several cans in my pantry, just in case.

Ingredients

1 large
can pink salmon, drained and cleaned
1 (8) oz
package cream cheese, softened
2 tsp
prepared horseradish
1 tsp
fresh lemon juice
1/8 fl
grated onion
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 dash(es)
pecans, chopped
1/2 c
fresh parsley, chopped

Step-By-Step

1Mix all the ingredients except the pecans and parsley, thoroughly and make into a ball.
2Mix the pecans and parsley.
3Roll the cheese ball in the pecans, parsley mixture.
4Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serve with crackers.
