My kids love either way I serve these yummy treats...My favorite is with the seasoned garlic, onion butter...but are also equally good just served with pizza sauce...they take little time to make and are so yummy...they also make a great appetizer...if you want to make an impressive statement, make home made ravioli...I take the easy way...store bought, as they are really very good... How To Make two way fried cheese ravioli - cassie

  • 1
If making the sauce - in a small skillet over medium heat, add the butter and olive oil to the pan. Once hot, add the onion, garlic, garlic powder, salt and rosemary. Cook until onion is soft and garlic, becomes fragrant. About 5 minutes, stirring or shaking the pan occasionally. Make sure you don't burn the garlic. Set aside and prepare the ravioli.
  • 2
In 2 small dishes, add crumbs, garlic powder and Parmesan to the one. In the other mix the eggs and milk.
  • 3
Separate the raviolis if sticking together. Get out a plate to set the raviolis on as you bread them. Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture and then into the breading and set on plate as you repeat with as many as are making. Once all are breaded, begin frying.

In a large skillet, heat about 1/2 cup oil. Once hot, add as many raviolis to pan without crowding. Saute for about 5 minutes per side or until golden...as they finish cooking, place in paper towels to drain excess oil. Salt now if you prefer, while hot.

Plate and either serve with the butter sauce, or....
  • 6
Serve with pizza or marinara sauce. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan while hot. Enjoy!
