  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 bunch
    scallions diced
  • 3 tsp
    garlic minced
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 2 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 pkg
    sharp shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Marinated cheese dip


  1. Layer 8 ounces softened cream cheese in bottom of your container. sprinkle with cheddar cheese. I use one small bag of cheese
  2. in a separate bowl mix together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley,basil, sugar, salt, pepper and chopped scallions.
  3. Pour over cream cheese and cheddar cheese and let sit for about 30 mins to hour. I serve this with club crackers.
