Ingredients For linda's amazing spicy spinach dip

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 md
    onion (1/2 cup)
  • 2 pkg
    10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 pkg
    8 ounce pack cream cheese
  • 1
    8 ounce container of sour cream
  • 1 c
    pepper jack cheese
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot sauce

How To Make linda's amazing spicy spinach dip

  • 1
    melt butter, add onion and cook till soft and tender. Stir in spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, parmesan cheese, and hot sauce. Stir until well blended. Pour into crock pot or put in 1/2 qt casserole dish and bake at 350. Serve warm. I keep mine in crock pot stirring occasionally.
