Ingredients For cheesy pulled pork nachos

  • 2 c
    shredded pork
  • 1
    red onion,chopped
  • 1 c
    sliced fresh jalapenos,divided
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1
    (10.75 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 3/4 c
    whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    shredded mexican cheese blend
  • 3/4 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    cubed american cheese
  • 5 c
    white,yellow and blue tortilla chips

How To Make cheesy pulled pork nachos

    In a large skillet,combine shredded pork,red onion and 1/2 cup sliced jalapenos:saute over medium-high heat for 10 minutes,after that,season with seasoned pepper and lime juice,saute for 5 minutes.

    In a large saucepan,combine soup,whipped cream cheese,sour cream and cheeses over medium-low heat,stir until mixture is thickened.Add pork mixture into cheese sauce,stirring constantly,8 minutes.

    Add tortilla chips on the platter.Pour the pork-cheese mixture on the tortilla chips.Top with remaining sliced jalapenos.
