INGREDIENTS
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup crème fraîche
4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 small red onion, diced small
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped, plus more, to taste, for garnish
2 tablespoons capers, roughly chopped
1/2 lemon (about 2 tablespoons), juiced
coarse sea salt, to taste
cracked pepper, to taste
1/2 pound smoked salmon, roughly chopped or pulled with forks
