Ingredients: 3 sticks unsalted butter, soft; 2 cups Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar; 4 large eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1 tablespoon lemon zest, no white bitter pith; 1 tablespoon lime zest, no white bitter pith; 3 cups all-purpose flour*; 1/2 teaspoon baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 cup lemon lime soda; *Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
