I found this recipe after a great discussion here on site about the chocolate fudge made with Velveeta cheese. It was not my idea but our friend CONNIE BOLDA DuplinLady and BONNIE SPROUL seabreezy! I found the recipe on another site and discovered this is quite a popular recipe. I hope you enjoy it! Thanks a million Connie and Bonnie for both recipes.

Ingredients For velveeta peanut butter fudge

1/2 lb

velveeta cheese
3/4 c

butter
1 c

peanut butter
1 Tbsp

vanilla
2 lb

powdered sugar

How To Make velveeta peanut butter fudge

Melt first 3 ingredients together in microwave. Add remaining ingredients. Knead like bread dough until you can no longer see the sugar. Roll candy with a glass. Spread into greased 9x2 inch pan. Refrigerate until set. Cut and enjoy!
