  First stir the boilign water over the dry gelatin mix in a medium bowl for about 2 mins until completely dissolved. Then remove 3/4 cup of the mixture. Pour into small bowl.

  Next add in the applesauce & cinnamon. Stir until well mixed. Pour into serving bowls or dessert glasses. Refrigerate for about 45 mins or utnil set but not yet frim.

  In the mean time refrigerate the remaning gelatin for about 30 mins or until slightly thickened. Then stir in the yogurt. Spoon over the gelatin layer in bowl.

  Then refrigerate for about 2 hours or until fully set.
