This recipe was given to me by a far away friend. It's best with cinnamon chips, but chocolate are very good too.

  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 c
  • 4
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1-15 oz. can(s)
    pumpkin, canned
  • 1 c
    walnuts, chopped, optional
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips or cinnamon chips

How to Make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins


  1. Mix together first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Beat in pumpkin.
  3. Fold in chips and walnuts.
  4. Grease muffin tin or line with cupcake liners. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
