I came up with this recipe because my husband came home from work with a bunch of gallon cans of carrots, green beans and garbonzo beans. I had a hard time getting them to eat the carrots until I made them taste more like yams.

Ingredients For sweet carrots (noah's favorite)

2 1/2 to 3 ccanned sliced carrots (you can use fresh if you cook them first)

1/4 cbrown sugar, lightly packed

1 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspnutmeg

1/4 cbutter or margarine
How To Make sweet carrots (noah's favorite)

1Heat carrots and set aside. In either a small pot or microwave bowl, combine the rest of ingredients and heat until sugar and butter/margarine are melted.

2Mix with carrots and serve.
