We love this yummy salad on a hot day. I concocted this by sheer playing around. Now, it's my family's favorite! Serve it with garlic toast...tastes good!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 lb
    cooked shrimp
  • 2
    stalks celery, chopped
  • 1.2
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • ·
    mayonase (to taste)

How to Make Shrimp Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Clean the cooked shrimp. I cut it into large chunks. Put everyting into a bowl and add mayonaise to your taste. Refrigerate for 5 hours.
