  • 1
    rack of pork ribs
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce (small)
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider or balsalmic vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    dry mustard
  • 3/4 c
    minced garlic
  • 2 bottle
    barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    basil vinegarette
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar

How to Make Slow cooked pork ribs


  1. Marinate the ribs in apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, vinegarette, garlic and barbeque sauce overnight.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, more barbeque sauce, and 1/2 of the marinade to the crockpot. NOTE: Must be at least 6 qt. to fit full rack.
  3. Cook for 5 hours on low.
  4. Carefully remove from crockpot and lay onto a cookie sheet or pan covered in non-stick foil.
  5. Pour some barbeque on top of ribs and brush to fully cover them.
  6. Put the ribs in the oven and broil on high until sauce starts to caramelize (about 7 mins on each side)
