Pork Tenderloin Spiedis

Skip Davis

This traditional Italian dish features Pork Tenderloin pieces skewered and grilled like kebabs. Then placed in Italian bread and eaten as a sandwich. The long marinating time makes the meat very tender and very flavorful. The tomato juice marinade gives it a distinctive Italian flavor.

  3. Preheat Grill.
  4. Thread five Pork Tenderloin pieces onto each small skewer until all pork is gone.
  5. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is no longer pink and pulls away easily from the skewers.
