This can be used as a seasoning or a rub.I also use it when I buy fresh meat in bulk, by seasoning a family size portions of what ever meat I'm using and then vacuum seal and freeze.

  • 4 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    dehydrated garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    dried rosemary
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    dried fennel

How to Make Simons Special meat seasoning

Step-by-Step

  1. Measure all ingredients into a ziploc bag, seal and shake until throughly blended. Store in cool dry place. Shake on meat 10 to 15 minutes prior to grilling, baking, or broiling.
